{"id":3565,"date":"2025-03-06T13:34:02","date_gmt":"2025-03-06T13:34:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/molokna.com\/?p=3565"},"modified":"2025-05-14T15:53:22","modified_gmt":"2025-05-14T15:53:22","slug":"made-in-canada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/molokna.com\/fr\/made-in-canada\/","title":{"rendered":"Fabriqu\u00e9 au Canada"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bonjour,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Un petit blogue aujourd\u2019hui, qui explique en d\u00e9tail notre d\u00e9signation <b>Fabriqu\u00e9 au Canada.<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ceux d\u2019entre vous qui ne connaissent peut-\u00eatre pas la d\u00e9finition l\u00e9gale (du Bureau de la concurrence) pour utiliser ce terme, les produits doivent avoir :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la derni\u00e8re transformation substantielle du produit doit avoir eu lieu au Canada;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>au moins 51 % des co\u00fbts directs totaux de fabrication du produit ont \u00e9t\u00e9 engag\u00e9s au Canada.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour qu'un produit soit qualifi\u00e9 de Produit du Canada, ce pourcentage doit atteindre 98 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nous nous situons dans la fourchette haute de ces deux objectifs : 89 % des co\u00fbts directs pour un conteneur M-5000 standard.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Et nous nous en approchons de tr\u00e8s pr\u00e8s avec 97 % pour nos conteneurs M-Grease et M-Organics.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voyons cela en d\u00e9tail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nous nous approvisionnons au Canada pour les mat\u00e9riaux suivants :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les principaux mat\u00e9riaux du produit, comme le polym\u00e8re brut et notre structure composite esth\u00e9tique, proviennent d'entreprises canadiennes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les composants de notre syst\u00e8me de levage en aluminium sont canadiens. Nous effectuons une partie du formage dans notre atelier de m\u00e9tallurgie \u00e0 la pointe de la technologie, le reste \u00e9tant fourni \u00e0 un atelier canadien local.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Notre couvercle principal est thermoform\u00e9 localement en Ontario.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nous achetons quelques mat\u00e9riaux en Europe:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le coussin de levage, les petites portes d'acc\u00e8s et les pieds d'ancrage proviennent d'Europe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Production et main-d'\u0153uvre : Ontario, Canada<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos produits sont fabriqu\u00e9s dans notre usine de Mount Forest, en Ontario, par des employ\u00e9s \u00e0 temps plein.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces chiffres repr\u00e9sentent les co\u00fbts directs de fabrication. De plus, nos frais g\u00e9n\u00e9raux sont \u00e9galement enti\u00e8rement canadiens.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Et comme nous le savons tous, la qualit\u00e9 est primordiale!
