Guidelines for Custom Framing

Molok North America Ltd reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a submitted image will be accepted or rejected. All images submitted must have the consent of the owners including those images downloaded from the internet. Molok North America Ltd will reject images that contain any of the following:
• Content that breaches a third-party copyright.
• Company names, trademarks, logos, slogans, works of art, copyrighted materials or brands of any third party and their likeness except by said companies.
• Celebrities and public figures including actors, musicians, athletes, political figures, cartoon characters or computer game figures.
• Advertising or promotional materials or branded products except by owners.
• Violent, bloody , indecent, nudity or semi-nudity, obscene, maltreatment content.
• Symbols of death, destruction, violence or any other negative images that do not reflect positively on Molok North America Ltd.
• Culturally or socially insensitive texts or images, or those that show alcohol, tobacco, gambling, weapons or other anti-social behaviours.
• Libelous or derogatory of defamatory content.
• Discriminative or provocative content.
• Content that instigates anti-government behaviour or sentiment, or content that is in violation of anyrules, regulations or laws.
• Images of an individual without their consent (or that of their parent/guardian if under 16).
• Any image we deem unacceptable to be associated with the Molok North America brand.
