Lifting Liners
The larger, crane-lifted container models use stream-specific lifting liners to contain the waste as it’s lifted out of the well and carried to the collection vehicle’s hopper.
Safety First
Molok® container lifting liners are certified with a safe working load (SWL), tested according to ISO 21898-standard for flexible intermediate bulk containers. To contribute to safe operation, each Molok® lifting bag and container is tagged with the SWL and ISO designator.

Standard Lifting Bag
|
Suitable for all waste streams*, our standard lifting bag uses a double-layer of woven polypropylene to ensure a long functional lifetime. The inner liner is designed to protect the outer lifting bag from any sharp objects in the waste or recyclable material, while the outer lifting bag is designed to bear the weight of the waste or recyclable material. The bag is held in place by a metal ring at the top of the container, and a trigger release system enables the hauler to safely collect waste. *Streams that include broken glass or other sharp elements should use the Rubber-Lined Lifting Bag |
*Note that while the lifting bag is rated for 2,000 kg, the M-5000 lifting quick system is engineered to 1,250 kg

Semi-Hard Lifting Bag

Suitable for wet waste (e.g., organics, mixed recyclables), our semi-hard lifting bag combines a double layer of woven polypropylene above a waterproof liquid reservoir engineered out of durable HDPE, aluminum, and stainless steel. The inner liner is designed to protect the outer lifting bag from any sharp objects in the waste or recyclable material, while the outer lifting bag is designed to bear the weight of the waste or recyclable material. The bag is held in place by a metal ring at the top of the container, and a trigger release system enables the hauler to safely collect waste. |

Rubber-Lined Lifting Bag |
For collection of waste containing broken glass or other sharp elements, this special-purpose bag combines an inner rubber liner designed to be more resistant to cuts with an outer layer of woven polypropylene designed to bear the weight of the waste or recyclable material. |

Hard-Sided Lifting Container
|
Used in the M-Organics configuration, the hard-sided lifting container is engineered out of durable plastic, aluminum and stainless steel. Like the outer wells, the hard-sided lifting container is rotationally molded from high density polyethylene to ensure a seamless, leakproof, one-piece construction. A liquid collection reservoir at the container’s base is emptied at the same time as the waste, using a rope-controlled latch for safe waste collection. |
